All customers are sent a Tracking number once their order has been dispatched, please ensure that the parcel can be received and signed for. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that in the event of a failed delivery by the delivery service provider, that a suitable re-delivery is arranged.

LOCAL PICK-UP- You can select Local pick up if you wish to collect your order in person from our London store. You will be required to produce a copy of your invoice, this is automatically sent out with each customer order, to the email address given when the order was placed.

The appearance of the prints used may at times vary slightly from the photographed image. This is due to the natural layout and design of the fabric. It is our policy wherever possible to implement a 'non wastage' ethos, whereby the majority of fabrics and materials bought are completely used up and not discarded. This is not only a design aesthetic, as each product is totally unique, but is also a sustainable measure to reduce wastage of resources.

At times, the colours in the pictures are not available from inventory.

• Distance Selling Regulations:

We will refund within 7 days of your cancellation, minus original postage costs. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the unwanted goods are received within the 14 day period. Any item/s received after the 14 day period will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
